What is raw hair?

Raw hair refers to 100% unprocessed human hair that has never been chemically treated, dyed, permed, or altered in any way. It is collected directly from a  single donor and maintains its natural cuticle alignment, ensuring durability, softness, and minimal tangling.

What countries does your hair originate from?

We have carefully sourced our raw hair from trusted donors in Vietnam, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.

How long does raw hair last ? 

Raw hair is in its most natural state and typically comes in three textures: straight, wavy, and curly. It requires proper care and maintenance, just like natural hair, and can last for years with the right upkeep.

How should I protect and care for my hair?

To keep raw hair in the best condition, wash it gently with sulfate-free shampoo, followed by deep conditioning for hydration. Minimize heat styling and always use a heat protectant when necessary. Detangle carefully with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends, and allow the hair to air dry whenever possible. When not in use, store it in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling. With proper care, raw hair can remain soft, healthy, and last for years.

How many bundles do I need for a full install ?

We would recommend three - five bundles depending on how full/ natural looking you would like your installation.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping! No matter where you are, we strive to deliver our products to customers worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. All items will be shipped with a tracked and signed delivery service. 

What is your return policy? 

We maintain a strict quality control process to ensure our clients receive only the highest quality hair.  

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before purchasing. 

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is successfully returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The hair must remain in its original, pristine condition, with the curl pattern untouched and undisturbed to be eligible for resale.  

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or removed.

Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs when exchanging an item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
